The file above is an editable Word document. It needs to be customized – it refers to a “president,” “secretary,” and “Executive Committee,” and you may not have that structure. Additionally where it says “the body” or “this body” that would be replaced with the name of your organization.
Some bodies rotate meeting facilitators, while others may have someone (e.g. the president) facilitate meetings. While a facilitator can participate in a meeting, if they have their own proposal they will usually turn over facilitation to someone else for that agenda item.
